SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (INCLUDING CUSTOM DIECAST ITEMS)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Custom Products and Variations: Please note that many of our products, including HPZ Wheels and modified diecast models, are custom-made, hand-painted, or hand-modified. As a result, slight variations in color, finish, and fitment may occur from the images displayed on the Site. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. By purchasing custom parts, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES
We ship globally from South Jakarta, Indonesia. For international orders, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by your destination country. HPZ Diecast is not responsible for these charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs and any return shipping fees from your final refund.
