HPZ DIECAST SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at hpzdiecast.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within [Masukkan angka, misal: 2-5] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that custom diecast models, HPZ Wheels, and hand-modified parts may require additional processing time to ensure the highest quality before dispatch. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDONESIA)
We proudly ship to all provinces across Indonesia from our workshop in South Jakarta.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen courier (e.g., JNE, J&T, SiCepat, etc.). Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)
We offer worldwide shipping to cater to the global diecast community!
Shipping Rates: International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS)
HPZ Diecast is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the return shipping costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. Please track your package closely to ensure a smooth delivery process.
6. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
We take great care in packaging our custom wheels and diecast models securely. However, HPZ Diecast is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
